Import and Local taxes
Shipping rates does not include any applicable local taxes by your countries local government. Customers are to be fully responsible for any local taxes. Should you refuse to make payment for local taxes, causing any returns or charges incurred due to your resistance to pay local taxes, we reserve the rights to hold full payment on the order.
Where do we ship from & how long does it take?
We primarily ship parcels out of Foshan, China or Singapore.

Why is my order split into 2 packages?
As we ship out of multiple locations, at times we will need to split your parcels so as to prioritise delivery speed and time.
Can I opt for a refund or exchange?
We do not accept refunds or exchange unless defective.
In the event that we are unable to fulfill certain items of your order due to stock issues, a full refund in the form of Store Credit will be issued and shared via email. We do not offer cash refunds.
Store Credits can be used online & in-store. Store credits will be shared in the form of a promo code and can be applied and used like a promo code while checking out.
In the event of items being sold out or unavailable due to unforseen circumstances during sales, Store credit will be issued.
