How to Use Your Store Credit

Sometimes we issue store credit when an item cannot be shipped, becomes unavailable, or if a parcel goes missing during delivery.

Your store credit can be used on any future purchase at Koterie Store.

Below is a quick guide on how to use it.


Step 1 — Log in to Your Account

Store credit is linked to the email address used for your original order.

To use it, you must log in to your account with that same email address before or during checkout.

If you check out without logging in, the store credit will not appear as a payment option.


Step 2 — Add Items to Your Cart

Browse our store and add the items you would like to purchase to your cart.

When you're ready, proceed to checkout.


Step 3 — Apply Your Store Credit at Checkout

Once you're logged in, your available store credit will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout.

Simply select Store Credit to apply it to your order.


Important Things to Note

  • Store credit is linked to the email used for the original order and cannot be transferred to another account.

  • You must be logged into your account for the store credit to appear at checkout.

  • If your order total is higher than your credit, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.

  • If your order total is lower than your credit, the remaining balance will stay in your account for future use.


Having Trouble Seeing Your Store Credit?

The most common reason is that the checkout is not logged in to the correct account.

Please make sure you are logged in using the same email address used when placing the original order.
