Shipping rates does not include any applicable local taxes by your countries local government. Customers are to be fully responsible for any local taxes. We primarily ship parcels out of Foshan, China or Singapore.

Can I opt for a refund or exchange?
We do not accept refunds or exchange unless defective.
In the event that we are unable to fulfill certain items of your order due to stock issues, a full refund in the form of Store Credit will be issued and shared via email. We do not offer cash refunds.
Store Credits can be used online & in-store. Store credits will be shared in the form of a promo code and can be applied and used like a promo code while checking out.
In the event of items being sold out or unavailable due to unforseen circumstances during sales, Store credit will be issued.
